Who we're looking for

MeeOpp (HK) is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team!

What you will be doing

  • Provide full-spectrum management and support for key accounts such as : communication, call-notes, follow-ups and administrative support
  • Maintain relationships with existing key accounts by : assisting in communications, obtaining further information when needed, organising and anticipating follow-up
  • Write clear marketing communications to promote products and services to our users
  • Identify new opportunities with existing users
  • Produce reports
  • Who you are

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese
  • Highly-organised and client-focused
  • Passionate about making a change
  • Able to handle constant change in a start-up environment
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • Comfortable with excel
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Any experience in education is a plus!
  • Passionate about technology is a plus!
  • Language requirements :

  • English fluency
  • Mandarin fluency
  • Cantonese fluency a plus
