MeeOpp (HK) is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team!
What you will be doing
Provide full-spectrum management and support for key accounts such as : communication, call-notes, follow-ups and administrative support
Maintain relationships with existing key accounts by : assisting in communications, obtaining further information when needed, organising and anticipating follow-up
Write clear marketing communications to promote products and services to our users
Identify new opportunities with existing users
Who you are
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese
Highly-organised and client-focused
Passionate about making a change
Able to handle constant change in a start-up environment
3-5 years relevant working experience
Comfortable with excel
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Any experience in education is a plus!
Passionate about technology is a plus!
Language requirements :
Cantonese fluency a plus
