High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years full set accounting experience
Associate degree in business or accounting an advantage
MS Office and knowledge of accounting software
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Handle full set of books
Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
Verifies financial reports by running performance and make sure all bills to be pay on time.
Determines value and control pay roll, manage the sample and stock inventory.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
