POSITION SUMMARY :
Maintain availability and provide support services of IT infrastructure assigned to the role. This may include server and network components and associated hardware, software and facilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :
Planning and execution of regular health checking and system monitoring. Installation of systems hardware, software and associated infrastructure
Configuration, administration and maintenance IT servers and associated infrastructure
Preventative support with system analysis and performance monitoring.
Systems security management
Data backup and recovery administration
IT Operations Management
Manage infrastructure support, including answering support queries, questions and escalations.
Logging and coordinating support tasks. Monitoring progress and quality of deliverables from both internal and external resources, ensuring associated, services, requests and incidents follow the defined workflows.
Secure quality documentation of solutions deployed according to defined standard
Assist in IT capacity planning and budget management.
Involvement in regional and global support teams.
Responsibilities also include other IT related tasks and services assigned by supervisors. These tasks and services may be provided in non-standard hours and in overseas locations as required by the nature of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
3-5 years or above in IT business
Experience in to Windows administration
Exposure to data backup and recovery administration
Solid experience in Server deployment, upgrade and maintain in Ms AD Domain, Exchange, Citrix, VM etc.
Knowledge in networking, MS product, VMware, VDI will be an advantage
IT Diploma certification, preferred university graduate
Holder of professional certification e.g. MCSE, CCNA etc. is an advantage
Critical thinking and decision-making skills
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
