The Trainer supports Training Manager, Asia in the coordination & development, delivery Omni Channel coaching and measurement the success of training programs across the retail stores in ASIA (HK, Macau, Singapore, Australia and Taiwan).

The individual will be highly analytical and be able to use different retail KPIs to drive service and transaction qualities.

He / she will also has an exposure in developing high quality training programs to the store teams, such as service training, store management coaching, and social media training.


  • Support in designing, localizing and implementing training programs & system for different Asia regions
  • Responsible in analyzing effectiveness of different training initiatives, define post training follow-up activities and enhancement program
  • Develop high quality regional use training aids such as manuals, videos, handbooks and training PowerPoints
  • Inspire, motivate, train the field sales force via in-store coaching, especially on areas of selling ceremony, product knowledge and customers journey
  • Effectively follow up on the knowledge transfer and training effectiveness
  • Manage all logistics of training such as training notice, room set-up, material preparation, training database, reports etc.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Retail, HR, Buying, VM, Marcom, IT) to identify training needs and develop suitable training program and contents
  • Work closely with external vendors on different programs and ensure smooth execution
  • Regular travel to different regions for new market set-up and staff orientation

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' retail training experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Trainer
  • Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in managing / facilitating physical / virtual classroom
  • Familiar the use of different social media platforms, such as Instagram and We Chat
  • Knowledge in photography / video editing and social media content creation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in English and Chinese translation and a confident speaker with various language, such as English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated, active, presentable, passionate in fashion

  • Travelling is required
