To support the continued expansion of Pirata Group in Hong Kong and beyond, we are looking for an innovative Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team!
What you will be doing
Lead to end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, interviewing
Conduct recruitment related research including competitor analysis, agency analysis, salary information.
Find out and utilise various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platform, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events & job fairs.
Support in managing Talent Management programs including internship & management Trainee programs.
Enhancing relationships with universities / culinary academies to build strong talent pipeline.
Providing occasional administrative support to schedule interviews and arrange candidates agenda for requested positions.
Create and publish job ads in various portals both locally and internationally
Manage Key Stake holders - Chief Operating Officer, Chief people officer, General Managers & Restaurant Managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed briefs for hires to ensure best fit into the Pirata Group Culture
Act as a Talent Acquisition partner and advising hiring managers on the recruitment process, ensuring maximised efficiency from end to end
Ensuring a memorable candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Undertake administrative duties to support recruitment of your designated outlets, including drafting contracts, probation letters, offer letters.
Coordinate travel for international recruitment when needed.
Visa application paperwork for new hires when needed
Reference checks and due diligence
Maintain candidate database
Who you are
3- 5 years proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or resourcing
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, on-boarding)
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Great attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English (other languages beneficial)
BSc / BA in HR, Business or relevant field
