Direct, drive and manage the successful implementation of the company’s business strategic and operational goals with visionary and innovative solutions.
Lead and monitor project team to deliver digital solutions and to achieve project KPIs. Manage internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and reinsurers to align with the company’s goals and objective
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the assigned BA team of HK and OSS to deliver efficient, customer centric and reliable customer facing digital application and internal operating platform to support daily operation of Operations (30%)
Drive the implementation of Operations initiatives by leading project team to work on the full cycle of project execution to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery on project objectives;
measure project performance and risk; provide progress updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders (20%)
Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement and simplification opportunities to streamline process flow to uplift operations efficiency and maintain market competitiveness (15%)
Evaluate and enhance automation rules engine capability; explore and drive the implementation of data driven solution and AI modelling to achieve Straight Through Process and TAT targets (15%)
Liaise and align with Group Office, IT vendors, external consultants, reinsurers, and other external stakeholders to achieve Company and departmental objectives (10%)
Maintain a resourceful mindset culture and cooperative spirit within the team, lead and develop teammates with support and guidance;
ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements (10%)
Minimum Job Requirements :
University degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in a life insurance industry and proven working experience in digital products and project management
Bearing a strategic and corporate thinking mindset, accountable with a strong sense of customer centricity
Strong leadership and project governance skills
Proficient communication, interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; dare to think out of box and challenge the status quo
Excellent command of spoken / written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
