Bachelor degree in Merchandising or relevant discipline
At least 4 years Merchandising experience in Phone Accessories / Tablet Accessories for US Market in Buying Office / Trading / Manufacturing
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills in English
Proficient in Excel and other MS applications
Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Responsible for the merchandising activities for assigned product areas.
Responsible for the day-to-day product development, sourcing, quotation, samples and order follow-up.
Act as a communication bridge between factories, buyers and supporting departments to ensure proper and timely information exchange
Review and evaluate vendor performance
Coordinate with QC team in order to ensure the quality of products
Provide leadership to develop and retain a strong team in the organization
