  • Leads day-to-day delivery by service team(s) for outsourced solutions to clients.
  • Oversees technical aspects of the project and is responsible for coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Ensures continuous and effective services are provided and project completion is within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied.

  • Understand the details of service orders and engage clients to understand service requirements.
  • Ability to translate and formulate service requirements into a service transition plan.
  • Create and stipulate the SLA, based upon the service transition plan
  • Work closely with the projects teams, service owner and service delivery manager (SDM), support managers and teams, change management and the infrastructure teams to assure service quality built upon the service transition plan, prior to the delivery of services to our clients.
  • Have well developed presentation and influencing skills, and be capable of achieving effective service transition deliverables in project environments where delivery timescales may be inflexible
  • Communicate effectively with our clients to understand their requirements, advise service lifecycles, and confirm acceptance criteria upon service orders
  • Work closely with SDM to manage services with the acceptance criteria and the agreed SLA.

  • Act as a consultant to provide feedback and support during service delivery.
  • Update internal database and provide proper handover document to operation teams and support teams for any critical issues that may arise after service delivery.
