Job Description : The Company
Our client is a financial technology (Fintech) company headquartered in Hong Kong. They are reinventing traditional financial services by creating seamless mobile lending experiences.
The Role - Admin Assistant
To provide administrative support to Group Finance team including senior management
To handle cash management and payment related administrative tasks
To organize and manage the Team's meetings and appointments
To liaise with admin team on general office administrative support
To handle travel arrangement and expense claims for the Team
To perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support the Team
Diploma or above
3 years or above related work experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a responsible team-player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Spoken and written fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Outdoor work will be required (e.g. going to bank)
