Our client is a financial technology (Fintech) company headquartered in Hong Kong. They are reinventing traditional financial services by creating seamless mobile lending experiences.

The Role - Admin Assistant

  • To provide administrative support to Group Finance team including senior management
  • To handle cash management and payment related administrative tasks
  • To organize and manage the Team's meetings and appointments
  • To liaise with admin team on general office administrative support
  • To handle travel arrangement and expense claims for the Team
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support the Team
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years or above related work experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a responsible team-player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Spoken and written fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outdoor work will be required (e.g. going to bank)
