Develop and implement comprehensive business solutions and brand management including brand and marketing strategies such as ATL, BTL, CRM, Digital, PR & Communications, etc.

Manage the A&P budget and plans, cost allocation and control
Identify potential new market space or business innovations from market and consumer insights, consumer behavior and market trend
Work closely with retail team, provide marketing and promotion support to drive the traffic and potential business opportunities
Develop digial and social media platform for the brand activation and engagement, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, KOL & Bloggers, website and SEO;
to maximize the brand awareness
Maintain good network with PR and media for effective exposure
Bachelor in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines
8-10 years brand management and marketing communications experience gained from Beauty / FMCG industry
Digital savvy and strong digital & social media experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
