Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
  • Follow up shipment booking with customers and overseas agents
  • Coordinate with internal department
  • Provide back-up support for the team
  • Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • 2 years or above customer service experience in air cargo industry is a MUST
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin, Cantonese
  • Proficient in using MS Word & Excel
  • Good analytical skills and details oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Shift duty on Saturday and public holiday
  • Holidays : Bank Holiday
