Duties :

Hands on AIX / HP-UX / Linux in sizable project implementation and / or BAU operation support

Experience on using IBM LPAR / VIO / HACMP / PowerHA / NIM

Good knowledge on Linux server build, system management under physical or virtualized environment

Experience in Linux server operation automation, configuration management

Good knowledge in OS administration, filesystem LVM, OS patch management, networking setup, NFS, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting

Experience in security hardening

Disaster recovery planning and implementation

Knowledge on storage related product and technologies (SAN, zoning, replication, flashcopy)

Familiar with system monitoring tool

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.

Familiar with Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management using ITIL standard

Self-motivated under minimal supervision

Able to work under tight schedule in odd hours, able to work in shift roster

Good communication skill, able to work with different teams including Network team, Storage team, Database / Middleware / Application team, Service management team, and Level-2 support

Immediate availability is preferred.
