What will you do?
Perform receptionist duties, including handling incoming / outgoing phone call and mail, etc.
Handle general clerical works, including data input, filing, etc.
Provide administrative support to the management team
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the management team
Do you have a right profile?
F.5 or above with at least 1 yearof relevant experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
