Conduct sales activities and quotation works for group medical and group life’s new sales and renewal cases. Establish and maintain strong agency channel relationship to achieve Employee Benefits businesses targets Implement marketing programs to help boost the new sales Explore and build relationship with new brokers for more new business Follow up on renewal cases to retain existing clients Conduct sales presentation and member briefing Provide product and services training to agents and brokers Liaise with EB underwriters and operations for new business acquisition and renewal case retention and for quality services provided to HR and members Collect market intelligence and feedback to EB Operation and EB Marketing team to facilitate product and services competitiveness improvement Provide assistance to projects and product development The Person : University graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 licensed Possess skills to communicate with agents Possession of broker network will be an advantage Good EB product knowledge and marketing sense Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills Equipped with analytical skills
