Manulife HKIT team is seeking a self-motivated Software Technical Analyst, who is obsessed with production support, identifying defects and troubleshooting.
They will have native development experience in COBOL, Oracle PL / SQL, IIS, .Net, Oracle DB, and / or mobile.

We are looking for someone with :
Solid development experience in COBOL, Oracle PL / SQL, IIS, .Net, Oracle DB, and / or mobile would be an advantage
Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Ability to detect and troubleshoot system performance related CPU, memory, I / O, disk space and other resource contention.
Nice to Haves :
Experience in MPF, insurance or wealth management projects are helpful
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
On the job you will :
Issue investigation and follow up to ensure issues are solved
Manage incident and status reporting
Act as Application DBA to review and QA on SQL written by other teams
Provide production on-call support
Facilitate to ensure system security controls which conform to company standards
