Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic planning & budgeting of overall marketing programs in alignment with corporate & brand image
  • Identify the opportunities, challenges & market segment in the industry through market & competitive analysis for formulation of promotion strategies
  • Lead and manage the teams of Marketing, Graphic Design and Visual Merchandising to achieve company’s business objectives and sales growth
  • Build and maintain a strategic business relationship with external parties, advertising and PR agencies through various marketing / brand building initiatives
  • Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years or above of relevant marketing experience gained in sizeable fashion retail company, preferably with PRC exposure
  • Good connection with the media & agencies is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative, result oriented, dynamic and resourceful with strong market sense
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Business trip to PRC is required
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Marketing Manager
  • Career Level : Top
