Provide enquiry support to intermediate & corporate client on policy administration, claim and complaints
Provide administrative support for teammates
Follow up and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries
Prepare performance reports to monitor SLAs and service standards
Collect feedback & reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company
Follow and propose changes to streamline process and meet customer expectation
Participate in projects and system enhancements to enhance team efficiency and service level
Bachelor degree holder perferrable
Around 1 year experience in Group health customer servicing is preferred, fresh graduates are welcomed.
Basic understanding of the distribution of health insurance businesses
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; with good client-centric mindset
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
