Analyst, Performance Reporting & Quality Assurance


Support the Employee Benefits business on :

Collect qualitative and quantitive information / data in order to respond enquiries raised from Internal Audit team / Risk team / Compliance team / External Auditor

Carry out regular quality assurance tasks to ensure the operational risks are up-to-date, contained and with proper control, eg.

maintaince of risk register, quarterly risk assessment, review of SLA reports, etc.

Prepare regular performance reports for management review

Monitor expense usage of the department and prepare expense analysis report

Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned to drive the business decision-making process

Your Profile

Degree holder in Finance, Business or related disciplines

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience, with a preference for at least 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry

Strong organizational and analytical skills, communicative and a good team player

Proficient with MS Excel / Word

Good communication skill in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
