Our client is a leading global insurance company with rapid growing business and they are now looking for high caliber to join their young and energetic marketing team in their Hong Kong office.
Their office is in Wanchai and this role will report directly to the Event Manager.
Key responsibilities :
To plan and coordinate company events, i.e. conferences, sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions and luncheons
To manage event logistics and coordinate with vendors and design houses
To handle administrative arrangement and responsible in liaison with different parties to ensure events roll out successfully
To prepare presentations, corporate premiums and souvenirs or various promotion materials
Key requirements :
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 years of event marketing experience
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good command of written Chinese and English
