The IT Solutions team in Asia is leading the Technological transformation of the Region with strong collaboration with PR Asia affiliates, Headquarters IT and Headquarters Data team.


Part of the IT Solutions team in Asia, your role is to manage IT projects for Finance & Supply Chain for 3 markets in Asia : Singapore, Indonesia, and Philippines.

You will also manage the ERP, JD Edwards, for those affiliates in strong collaboration with the Regional team.

  • Top-notch programs, teams & tools : JD Edwards is the main ERP for our affiliatesWe conduct a strong transformation programs in Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Main initiatives are : Collaborative Business Planning with Tagetik, S&OP with Anaplan, Master Data Management, Automations with RPA and standardization of Travel & Expense with ConcurStrong intimacy with our Finance and Supply Chain teams as well as strong knowledge of JD Edwards on Finance and Supply Chain modules are key success factors for this position

    The position will report to the Solutions Delivery Associate Director Finance, Supply Chain & Manufacturing within the Regional IT Solutions Team based in Hong Kong.

    Solutions Delivery

  • Lead the full project from the requirement studies, technical analysis, design, development & roll out for the markets in your scope.
  • Coordinate Master Data Management and cleaning.
  • Manage the changes in the ERP with selected partners
  • Ensure the solutions implemented fits with Pernod Ricard Business and are scalable with composable architecture.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of project interdependencies to manage project risks and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Ability to manage and navigate through a high level of ambiguity on business requirements and processes.
  • Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities to improve adoption.
  • Promote and be the advocate of agile project management practice and culture.
  • Business acumen and partnership

  • Act as a constant partner with business stakeholders on Technology, specifically on ERP
  • Continuously increase his / her business knowledge to be propose relevant tech solutions to Pernod Ricard business
  • Tech advisory

  • Propose technologies and solutions which could benefits to the business
  • Be the main point of contact for Singapore, Indonesia & Philippines regarding IT projects on Finance & Supply Chain
  • Change Management & Communication

  • Analysis of operational changes and asses the change impact.
  • Modern communication with the affected stakeholders.
  • Information transfer and documentation of process changes.
  • Identify training needs and materials to ensure applications’ adoption.
  • Vendor Management

  • Manage and evaluate vendors to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Education required :

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business School, Engineering & Computer Science or similar preferred. All other disciplines are welcome.
  • Certificates in Scrum or Agile are a plus.
  • Experience / Background :

  • 7+ years of experience in JD Edwards on Finance / Supply Chain
  • Have solid knowledge and experiences on project management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing change in ways of working, collaboration within a cross-domain / market / functional context.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Have a strong understanding on Technology Architecture.
