Duties :

  • Handle tenders either by fax, postage, courier, by hand;
  • Prepare and submit Building Department documents by courier;
  • Filing and record all quotation and invoice list etc;
  • Data entry, buy stamps and daily postage;
  • Handle phone enquiry;
  • Make payment for the general expenses e.g. telephone fee, electricity fee etc;
  • Keep updating company, client, supplier or sub-contractor contact list etc.
  • Handle cheque bank-in and payment transfer
  • Requirements :

  • F. 5 / F. 6 / Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years working experience
  • Self-motivated, well-behaved, hard-working, responsible, positive attitudes, detailed-mind, humble and eager to learn
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Work Processing
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optoinal)
