Main Responsibilities
Identity service gap against the market and clients need, and provide solution to enhance the service
Prepare business requirement document for system enhancement, carry out user acceptance test as well as prepare procedure manuals
Manage projects implementations and rollout
Perform the operation processes, investigate the errors, identify the risk and enhance the processes efficiency and controls
Work closely with internal and external counterparts to ensure all trade discrepancies and settlement issues are resolved
Handle ad-hoc assignments and tasks
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder or above
Experience in back / middle office, custody, product, trade support and settlement operations, in financial services industry
Fast understanding and learning the custody business, the process flows and system
Knowledge in equities, fixed income, settlement and cash transactions, corporate actions in HK and other overseas markets
Strong in project management with analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive mind-set and high-level of motivation
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
Well-versed in computer applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Macro
Good team player and be able to support and work closely with internal and external parties while able to work independently
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
