Handle general enquiries, customer requests and / or technical support cases via phone / email
Provide assistance to help customers resolve problems encountered
Log customer requests into the system and resolve or escalate to the appropriate support team
Escalate technical issues to application support for additional troubleshooting
Monitor and maintain the SLA of the tickets
Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines preferable
At least 2 year’s customer service / helpdesk experience
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred (candidate with less experience may also be considered)
Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken; with proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Relevant experience in banking will be definitely an advantage
