Responsible for the daily operations of HR in full compliance with the Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations and internal standard
To review HR policies, operational procedures & systems in the HR areas to meet the organizational growth.
To formulate, forecast & execute manpower plan, budget into business plan & review periodically.
To manage the performance management system, bonus scheme and medical insurance etc.
University degree or higher diploma in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
5 yrs or above managerial experience in HR Management, at least 3 years working experience in retail industry.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in PC operations included Chinese word processing.
