Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of HR in full compliance with the Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations and internal standard
  • To review HR policies, operational procedures & systems in the HR areas to meet the organizational growth.
  • To formulate, forecast & execute manpower plan, budget into business plan & review periodically.
  • To manage the performance management system, bonus scheme and medical insurance etc.
  • Job Requirements

  • University degree or higher diploma in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
  • 5 yrs or above managerial experience in HR Management, at least 3 years working experience in retail industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in PC operations included Chinese word processing.
  • Yr(s) of Exp : 8
