Job Summary

  • Ensure the successful rollout of the organization alignment and change management initiatives to the Group Office for HR Transformation programs
  • Partner with Change Lead and external vendor to perform change impact analysis and deploy relevant change initiatives
  • Engage with senior leadership team and key stakeholders to ensure sufficient steer and get buy-in and support for the HR Transformation programs
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the Group Office to ensure alignment of key communication messages on the programs
  • Lead and manage the Change Advocate Program to get outside-in view from HR customer’s perspective (senior leaders, people managers, supervisors & employees) on the new employee experience
  • Responsibilities

  • Organizational Alignment
  • Engage senior stakeholders to obtain buy-in to any changes to HR service delivery model, global processes and talent framework
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the Group Office to implement and prepare the people for new service delivery models, global process and talent framework (e.
  • g. job description updates, capabilities development, behavioral and mindset change initiatives etc.)

  • Change Management
  • To engage senior stakeholders within the Group Office to ensure sufficient steer and get buy in and support for the program
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and roll out the change management plan and roll out the change initiatives to the Group Office to ensure sufficient buy-
  • in to the change in process and recommended HR solutions as well as simple, intuitive and consistent employee experience which is enabled through digital touchpoints, including leading and managing the Group Office Change Advocate Program

  • Partner with local process leads to perform change impact analysis, identify appropriate change intervention tools and define the communication plan and approach to ensure the key stakeholders and users will have the right mindsets and capability to operate in the new process environment
  • Report progress of the change management workstream to the Group Office project team and escalate any risks / issues arising from the workstream
  • Change Enablement
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and execute the learning & knowledge transfer plan and approach for the project teams and the different stakeholder to contribute effectively during the project and sustain the change post go-live
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and roll out engaging learning approaches to empower and enable our senior leaders, people managers and employees with using the new platforms and performing their responsibilities
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Change Management for large scale digital projects
  • Experience in implementing leading HR Cloud Solution like SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and interfacing with all levels of management
  • Able to influence and lead without authority
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Optimistic; positive attitude; able to work in growing, fast paced environment; flexible and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
