Providing exceptional service and be able to address our member’s enquiries effectively.
Make recommendations on member’s needs to improve the quality of customer care standards.
Maintain relationship with our members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction.
Provide customer service in response to written enquiries.

To be successful in the position, you should have
F.7 or above level qualification
1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a call center environment, preferably healthcare related
A desire to develop a career in customer service
Committed to provide a high standard of service to our members
The right attitude with a passion to serve
Excellent communication and listening skills in order to provide exceptional customer service
Responsibility to take ownership in what you do and enjoy working in a structured environment especially in a customer service nature.
Experienced Customer Service professional
Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
Good command of Mandarin would be an advantage
Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
