We’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager, based in our Shenzhen or Shanghai office to join our China team.

Job description

  • Develop potential partners & influencers, building relationships with them.
  • Build and managing a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Monitor and making sure channels’ sales performance.
  • Analyze results and optimize accordingly.
  • Incubate and motivate channel partners for achieving business objectives.
  • Develop negotiation strategies; examining risks and potential upsides; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Structure & negotiate deals, partnering with the Legal team.
  • Partner with marketing teams to build marketing strategies and content for new users.
  • Partner with Partnership managers to build ecosystem infrastructure.
  • Setting up ongoing communication channels and negotiate business deals.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, affiliates and / or business development (min 3 years)
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Good ability to understand users’ behavior and needs
  • Excellent written & verbal presentation skills
  • Great team player
  • Outstanding academic background in business studies or in exact sciences
  • Full mastery of Office including Power Point & Excel
  • Deep business understanding with exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • The following would be considered an advantage

  • Familiarity with the Payments industry
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce industry
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools
  • Experience working in an international company
  • Technical knowledge of tracking systems (Has-Offer, Google Analytics)
