Senior Claims Services Specialist
  • Assess Property, Contractors’ All Risks & Liability (non-Bodily Injury) claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy.
  • Assists the manager to ensure the claims adjudication completed within agreed service standard and resources allocation for the claims team
  • Contact intermediaries / customers to follow up outstanding issues
  • Communicate with loss adjusters for loss adjusting issues and approve settlement within the delegated authority
  • Assists in enhancing the system and work flow to meet our customers’ need and services standards
  • Holder of ACII or ANZII & Degree holder will be an advantage
  • Over 3 years of experience in general insurance claim processing
  • Experience in processing property & liability claims andwith customer services experience will be an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonalskills
  • Strong team player, willing to learn, able to work independentlyand under pressure
  • Self-motivated, analytical and detailed-minded in problemsolving
  • Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity andtrust
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese in both written andspoken
  • Sound PC skills
