Responsibilities : Sales Order and delivery management : Create and manage sales order through system.Monitor inbound and allocation status, coordinate across functions to ensure on time delivery and billing.
Work with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and PD closely so that they comply with monthly sales target from all areas.
Customer Service : Facilitate and ensure clear, proactive, effective and efficient communications to fulfill customer needs and expectations.
Proactively support both internal and external customers with order status analysis and provide recommendations and contingency plans.
Analysis and reporting : Perform reporting to communicate trends, analysis.Analyze the existing processes, as input to construct new tools and reports to increase work efficiency and accuracy.
