Claims Officer

Result Areas :

  • Adjudicate different types of claims of individual products
  • Support various projects to improve operational effectiveness and customers’ experience
  • Identify business problems and solutions, assist to provide user requirements and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Support to prepare claims management reports and statistics
  • Provide admin supports to the team
  • Perform ad hoc assignments
  • Qualifications :

    Experience & Qualification :

  • Degree holder
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in individual life claims
  • Experience in claims assessment / involvement in claims projects / initiatives will be an advantage
  • Knowledge / Skills :

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
