Oversee health and wellbeing programs for the region including the design, development and management of clinical programs including Musculoskeletal, Oncology, Fertility, Behavioural Health, Women’s Health and Pharmacy.
Supervise Wellbeing Consultants in region who support the execution of strategy and delivery of programs to customers and partners.
Engage with clients and business partners to increase program awareness and optimize utilization.
Lead the continuous exploration and execution of health partnership opportunities including management of strategic partners, providers, online and offline vendors.
Partner with local market stakeholders, data & analytics, commercial and medical advisory teams to deliver best-in-class programs that improve care outcomes.
Collaborate with Regional Health Operations to ensure smooth operationalization of programs and consistent cadence of tracking and reporting of performance against key indicators.
Provide training to non-clinical colleagues and serve as resource to provide ongoing education to other business units within the Company.
Experience / Knowledge Requirements :
Solid experience in the private or public healthcare industry in Asia, Australia or United Kingdom, leveraging principles of population health management in health and wellbeing program design.
Healthcare background is mandatory, minimum 5 years’ clinical experience highly desirable (e.g. physician, nurse, allied healthcare practitioner, psychologist etc.)
Experience in digital health and / or related technologies a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work across a large and cultural diverse group
Education and Other Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare discipline(s).
Master’s degree in Public Health is a bonus.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Cantonese and / or Chinese fluency is a plus.
Practical work experience in the health and wellness field.
