  • Lead financial account team and credit control team in Hong Kong Regional Hub

    Monitor local accounts in other APAC offices and Shared Service Centre

    Communicate closely with headquarter, BOD, CEO, COO, Directors, Regional & Country Managers of APAC offices

  • MA & FP&A
  • Responsible for reviewing the management account set up, mapping and related reports

    Responsible for preparing yearly & monthly budget & forecast

    Responsible for preparing financial business planning & analysis

    Responsible for cash flow forecast and financing

  • Internal Control and Compliance
  • Set up, review and monitor internal control policy and procedures

    Ensure meeting legal & financial compliance, assess & mitigate potential business and financial risk

    Manage & liaise with external professional bodies, e.g. company secretary, auditors, tax representatives, bankers and legal consultants for all relevant areas.

    Responsible for treasury and compliance issues, statutory filing, etc.

  • Administrative
  • Observe office activities to be legal & compliant to local rules

    Consultation to legal advisors when necessary

    Maintaining and update all company’s co. secretary, directorship, bank, all licenses status, etc.

  • Project Management
  • Perform ad hoc projects and reports as required

    Participate in system development and enhancement projects

    Assist management in improving workflow and processes

  • Manager responsibilities
  • Manage performance of finance team currently consists of seven staff

  • Form 5 or above
  • Qualified member of recognized professional accounting body(HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ working experiences as a financial accountant, with at least 2 years in managerial level. Big 4 background is a definite advantage.
  • Must understand IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard), with due qualifications
  • Familiar with HK and other Asian countries accounting and taxation would be added advantage.
  • Strong analytical mind, previous regional experiences is a plus.
  • Experience in travel industry and working with a Shared Services Center (SSC) is preferred
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • High proficiency in MS office, Knowledge of Microsoft AX is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently, pro-active, team player in a fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Good understanding of local VAT rules.
  • Energetic, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
