To cope with the growth of the new business direction we are looking for a capable Account Servicing executive to support medical affairs, marketing information and training in our operations team.
The incumbent will take a leading role in medical marketing activities and market access.
Lead marketing activities aligned with new digital platform direction. Coordinate new product launch planning and strategy.
Responsible for building professional doctor’s network, clinic anagement and engagement, including before and after sales follow up to ensure high quality of marketing and content collaterals are standardized and presentable
Perform onsite excitement events and seminars by understanding needs and target audience in various outlets
Provide training and expertise support for professionals on utilizing and maximizing the use of the new platform
Act as the key person of communication between professional clients and the business to reflect any changes and requirements between the two parties
Working closely with sales and technical team, provide solution proposal and maintain solid relationship with clients
Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative, Marketing or related discipline
3-5 years in experience in an account servicing space dealing with medical / healthcare industry background in beauty salons and clinics would be an advantage
Result-oriented and strategic thinking. Good communication and interpersonal skill with high sensitivity when dealing with professionals-
doctors and medical professional
Good at spoken and written English & Chinese, good presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Good business sense, customer-oriented with medical integrity
