The Job

  • Manage an Analysis Plan which meets FS partners requirements
  • Deliver actionable insights to partners communicated in a manner appropriate to the audience
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate measurement and evaluation for FS partners and for their performance
  • Train, educate and support FS partners to maximise the value of insights, supporting a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Manage an analyst team and ensure the team is motivated, working efficiently to agreed objectives and development plans
  • Provide support and coaching to ensure analyst development
  • Work closely with Analytics team, Customer Insights team and other stakeholders to optimise synergies across the Dairy Farm group
  • The Person :

  • Educated to degree level preferably in a numerical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics)
  • At least seven years’ experience of working client side or agency side with customer data (finance or other highly numeric sector experience preferred)
  • Hands on experience of using a range of analytics tools and programming languages and tools to mine and use data
  • Experience analysing customer transaction / spend or loyalty data
  • Knowledge of how segmentation and profiling techniques are used in marketing
  • Good communication, interpersonal & team-working skills
  • Commercial awareness, with good interpersonal & team-working skills
  • A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
  • Understanding and experience of data driven marketing (digital and database marketing), customer and loyalty analytics.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Databricks, Azure and Marketing Cloud would be useful
