Assists in preparing policy endorsements, contract provisions and confirmation letter for policy changes
Assist in document sorting and filling, quality checking, policy binding, arrange files for settling bill payment
Meet service turnaround time to achieve target includes productivity, error rate, complaint rate and customer satisfaction rate
Maintain a good control on output logistic
Perform other related duties and ad hoc task to support the operation of the department
Form 6 or above
At least 1 year relevant working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Selfmotivated, detail-oriented and positive mind set
Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese
Good PC skills including Chinese Typing
Knowledge in AS400 is preferable
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
