Our Property Department is committed to provide integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
You will :
will be responsible for managing design of capital works projects in Conghua Racecourse.
coordinate with consultants’ to deliver construction drawings, monitor design progress and quality of construction drawings.
conduct technical review on MV, LV, ELV design and MEP design drawings to ensure drawings fulfill The Club’s and GB code requirements.
coordinate with consultants and LDI to prepare all design related government submission and obtain all design related government approvals.
support Government Liaison Team to provide necessary technical document for government application.
liaise with internal and external stakeholders to carry out Design Change Notice (DCN), reply Request for Information (RFI) and respond Field Change Request (FCR) during construction period.
monitor contractor’s design submission progress and manage consultants to review contractor’s technical submission and method statement.
manage contractor, LDI and relevant parties to provide as-built drawings and review as-built drawings quality.
prepare progress report to reflect status on design related government submission, construction drawings, DCN, RFI, FCR, Contractor design submission and as-built drawings.
resolve technical issues during construction stage and handover
support weekly site team progress report from design phase to
establish testing guidelines, review system testing procedure in advance to achieve milestone schedules.
assist in system trouble shooting and come up a solution during testing / commissioning.
be able to work in night shift if necessary.
be based in Conghua district of Guangzhou City, China.
You should have :
a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
professional qualification of relevant disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies.
at least 15 years’ work experience in electrical system design and / or MEP design management in developers.
solid experience in managing consultants in all disciplines and LDI over a sustained period of time on site to resolve design issues.
in-depth concept and knowledge of project management software tools, such as AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
good understanding on PRC local government regulations particularly on design approval, planning approval, utilities application, fire services inspection, building construction, testing and commissioning, health and safety, etc.
demonstrable experience in managing cross-discipline teams.
good communication and leadership skills.
strong presentation skills and proficiency in English.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
