    What you'll be doing :

  • In the Deloitte Digital environment
  • o Embrace, evaluate and pioneer digital, consumer and operate languages, particularly those with a Digital Marketing focus

    o Use business and technical skills to understand requirements, analyze the situation and propose actions

    o Develop and nurture relationships with industry leaders in Marketing, Advertising and Technology from the world's largest organizations

    o Value, consider and respect the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients

  • In a typical project
  • o Deeply engaged in client business plan, especially on consumer operation and data driven innovation, across relevant domains including B&M, eCom, Social, App etc.

    o Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly KPI and budget planning and allocation for achieving business goals.

    o Generate consumer insights and market opportunities through consumer & market trend, industry & category trend, public or private domain data insight etc.

    o Design variety of marketing program, communication plan and campaign for activating consumers across whole lifecycle.

    o Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems

    o Design and implement day-to-day operation deliver system and monitor the operation result on a timely basis.

    o Drive innovative projects or pilots through new way of engagement, experiences, capability (data, technology etc.)

    o Conduct Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly business review and provide new actions on following marketing & sales initiatives.

    o Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption

  • Bachelor degree or above from 211 / 985 universities and / or overseas top institutions, with distinctions in academic performance are highly preferred
  • Preferred majors in : Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Customer Relationship Management, Public Relations, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field other related majors
  • Strong interest in Marketing & eCom business operations enabled by data and technology, including CRM, DTC, Social engagement, performance media etc.
  • Strong capability of empathy and communication; working experience with strong human interactions such as education, NGO and interactive design is a plus
  • Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, flexible and self-confident
  • Be passionate about excelling a career in Consulting
  • Always take the initiative, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and willing to work under pressure and travel
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities with good organizing skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • A fast learner and strong team player
  • Have strong interest and point of view in the transition and transformation of traditional industries in the digital age
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Visualization capability is a plus such as using design tools or drawing
