5-8 years’ solid experience in account management; some experience in freight management is a plus
Good in numbers and confident in customer facing
Good in negotiation and able to balance customer expectations and company requirements
Good problem solver with positive attitude and team work approach at all time
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager Key Account Management
Fluent in both Mandarin and English and willing to visit the assigned airlines in Mainland China on requests.
Major Responsibilities :
Develop, improve and solidify business relationships with assigned airlines and their vendors in retail sector
Understand customers’ needs and new business potentials and suggest corresponding solutions
Collaborate with Operations and Solutions teams to introduce solutions to the assigned airlines, including but not limited to Distribution Center Services, Transportation Management, Freight Management, Inventory Control, Purchase Order and Coordinate the assigned Airlines in flight Brochure production.
Monitor and manage Sales performance reviews with assigned airlines regularly; coordinate with Logistics when required
Work closely with Operations and Solutions teams to ensure progress on track
