With this position we offer
As part of our growth across the APAC region, we are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and meet client retention goals.
You will assist in the creation of ad copy, events and webinars, website management, email campaigns, and social media content.
You will also seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content. You can expect to work closely with the regional sales team and global marketing team to create a best-in-class marketing program.
This role will collaborate closely with several internal teams including PR, sales, product, digital, design and marketing operations.
Your roles and responsibilities
Provides marketing support for product promotions and marketing campaigns including presentations, collateral, website development, whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives, event support and more
Determines concepts and approach to design; develop and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures and audio / visual materials
Manages relationships with vendors and agencies, ensuring that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget
Coordinates company involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars
Monitors marketing campaign metrics against plan, implementing course corrections as necessary
We expect you to have
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or English
At least 5 years of digital marketing experience in the asset management or index space; also open to new graduates with relevant internship experience
Experience managing SEO / SEM, paid social campaigns, display ad campaigns, web management (CMS) systems and landing page optimization
Proven lead generation experience
Previous experience managing in-person and virtual events
Previous experience in Salesforce and Marketo
Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese
Strong work ethic, a self-starter and a team player
Flexibility to take meetings outside of work hours
