Manager / Assistant Manager - Lifestyle Claims Team


1.To handle Travel / Home / PersonalAccident claims of various complexities.

2.To support the unit head inthe management of the team by providing due guidance and training

3.To provide support in themanagement of associated vendors comprising loss adjusters and EmergencyAssistance Services while handling a portfolio of claims for adjudication.

4.Tosupport and provide due guidance in the handling of customerfeedbacks / complaints including appeals and to liase and support the internaland external stakeholders within the organization.

5.Would have the opportunity tobe involved in various projects and engagement / ad-hoc training ofintermediaries


1.Preferableto have customer service experience and / or in the fields for 3-5 years with therelevant qualifications / papers.

2.Musthave strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

3.Strongteam player, willing to learn, able to work independently and under tighttimelines

4.Strongsense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust

5.Havingexperienced in leading a team is a bonus

6.Excellentcommand of English and Chinese in verbal communication as well as written
