  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop learning and development strategy to support business growth and drive Company culture
  • Lead and develop various learning programs to enhance competence that are aligned with Company’s business plan
  • Promote Company culture and core values internally through designing and rolling out various engagement programs
  • Prepare and monitor annual learning and development budget
  • Administer and monitor implementation of each learning and development program from writing up proposal, designing learning solutions, delivering program and evaluating effectiveness
  • Measure effectiveness and collect feedbacks of each learning and development program. Make improvement suggestions
  • Assist in organizing employee communication activities, such as offsite meeting
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 5-8 years solid and hands-on experience in learning management skills training, preferably from real estate or hospitality industry
  • Self-starter and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in delivering coaching, leadership and other soft-skill trainings
  • Action-oriented, well-organized and strong presentation & facilitating skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • High proficiency in English and Cantonese
