Main Responsibilities :

Streamline and automate the credit application procedures which is coherence to the regulatory requirement and the Bank policy.

Be a subject matter expert in consolidating and utilizing internal and external data to drive analysis and insight on credit risk and portfolio management.

Perform gap analysis to enhance existing internal controls, documentations and procedures to ensure the timely submission of accurate regulatory reports and real time access by the management and credit committee.

Work closely with the internal or external stakeholders in driving the continuous enhancements to the Bank credit risk management information systems and database.

DisplayQualifications("- Degree holder with major in Computer Science, Information System, Statistic or related disciplines. Certified PMP is desirable.

Proficiency in SAS, VBA, SQL, PHP and other programming languages.

Experience in data aggregation, analytics, portfolio management, regulatory reporting and data governance.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, programming, website design, in banking industry.

Knowledge and exposure in bank-wide credit portfolios and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Requirements : - Degree holder with major in Computer Science, Information System, Statistic or related disciplines. Certified PMP is desirable.
