We are looking to hire a talented Brand Business Analyst to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

The kind of person who constantly seeks for feedback on our products and works with Product Management and Engineering teams on how to best incorporate new product features.
Active member of the scrum team, working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring the deliverables meet with the user requirement.
What you will be doing in this role
Deliver technology and product enhancements for our users.
Keep a user-first mindset and advocate for the best for our users.
Collaborate with teams across the business, such as Product, various country teams, CSO, Legal, Finance, Tech, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development to scope out new product features and improvements to existing products, including business processes.
Document requirements, in the form of users stories or otherwise, to enable the engineering team to understand and build new product features.
Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and / or the project team.
Documentation for the running, maintenance and evaluation of new systems - such as user guides, reporting KPIs after go-live, etc.
Gathering and analyzing requirements to be able to build and develop business cases.
Challenge assumptions behind requirements, push for product consistency and quality and drive implementation.
Engage with business stakeholders and partners to ensure relevance of an evolving technology roadmap.
Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
At least 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis.
Able to build and sustain long-term relationships with colleagues - outstanding influencing skills.
Experience working with vendors, as well as in international and remote teams.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Professionalism in communication and outstanding facilitation. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to handle complex issues and relationships.
Meticulous and thorough, while having an eye for the bigger picture. Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask.
Customer-oriented, having what’s best for the customer as your priority.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
Ability to translate abstract ideas into technical requirements.
Familiar with Agile methodology.
A start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
