Junior HR Generalist Description Your new role This position reports into the Head of HR. Your focus will be around handling the full spectrum of the HR function.
This covers end to end including but not limited to recruitment and selection, handling graduate programmes, on boarding new joiners, database maintenance, compensation and benefits, coordinating end to end learning and development initiatives, staff engagement initiatives, assist and support in all administrative matters as well as ad hoc projects.
What you'll need to succeed To be qualified for this position, you must possess : A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Have at least 2 years’ experience in the HR function preferably gain in Financial Services or sizeable MNC Able to work with multiple stakeholders of different degrees of seniority Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint A team player, well-
