Assistant Finance Manager (Big 4 candidates welcome)
Company Information :
This organization is a sizeable logistic business in Hong Kong. We are helping them to look for an Assistant Finance Manager to support the IPO project.
Responsibilities :
Act as a key member in the IPO project
Prepare relevant documentations and analysis for the corporate finance projects, and present the key information and insights to the management and other stakeholders.
Enhance standardized internal controls, corporate governance and streamline accounting procedures to comply with the Hong Kong Listing Rules / standards and improve the operation and effectiveness.
Liaise with external parties for IPO related issues
Other ad-hoc tasks as requested
Requirements :
Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with CPA qualification
At least 3 years working experience gained from Big 4
Solid knowledge of HKFRS and listing regulations
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Independent, mature, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines
Good written and spoken communication skills in English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
