eCommerce Manager – Premium Beauty

Key responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the e-Commerce P / L, as the product owner for the own-website e-business platform, has the primary objective to maintain daily e-commerce operations and develop e-Commerce promotion campaigns and product plans to reach guarantee to provide the prestige brand image and clients experiences.
  • Work closely with Product & Marketing team to develop the product assortment, stock, pricing, launching plan via online shop.
  • Liaise with HQ to roll-out global and local eBusiness initiatives, define the annual launch plans and strategies with digital and communication team.
  • Ensure operational excellence with different parties on ordering process, IT infrastructures, customer service, logistics etc.
  • Provide web analysis and report to high management on optimizing the website traffic & conversion rate.
  • Role requirements

  • Degree holder in Digital or Business-related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years’ related experiences in premium brand / e-business industries.
  • Proactive, detail-minded and a good team player
  • Strong inter-personal, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Familiar with Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
