Responsibilities :

  • Drive and implement various learning & development strategies and initiatives across the Asia region
  • Liaise closely with business leaders and stakeholders on identifying training needs
  • Design and plan various training programs in the areas of soft-skills training, leadership development, etc.
  • Partner with different departments and line managers in order to provide training programs covering technical skills and product knowledge
  • Organize the annual L&D calendar and curriculum as well as manage the L&D budget and costing
  • Participate in the development plan of Management Trainees / Graduate Internships
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder and preferably with professional training certificates
  • 10-15 years of solid experience gained from sizable MNCs, of which a focus in Corporate L&D area
  • Regional L&D experience is highly preferable
  • Experience in design and delivery of different corporate training programs
  • Effective communication and excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application especially in MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
