Drive and implement various learning & development strategies and initiatives across the Asia region
Liaise closely with business leaders and stakeholders on identifying training needs
Design and plan various training programs in the areas of soft-skills training, leadership development, etc.
Partner with different departments and line managers in order to provide training programs covering technical skills and product knowledge
Organize the annual L&D calendar and curriculum as well as manage the L&D budget and costing
Participate in the development plan of Management Trainees / Graduate Internships
Degree holder and preferably with professional training certificates
10-15 years of solid experience gained from sizable MNCs, of which a focus in Corporate L&D area
Regional L&D experience is highly preferable
Experience in design and delivery of different corporate training programs
Effective communication and excellent presentation skills
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application especially in MS PowerPoint
Excellent command in both written and spoken English
