What you’ll do
Collaborate with the business development team to create a shared project plan with clear milestones as part of the launch process
Coordinate weekly launch status meetings with partners, business development teams, account managers and the implementation teams to track progress and ensure success
Act as technical point of contact for new partners, helping them integrate with Hotels.com (through APIs and data feeds) and manage through obstacles to successfully launch them.
You will also be responsible for improving the quality of existing integrations
Closely monitor performance of partners immediately after launch to ensure that any potential issues are identified and resolved quickly
Investigate and resolve any technical problems partners may face. You will act as the first line of support for issues, investigate root causes and devise solutions, either independently or with the help of other teams
Work closely with Hotels.com product and technical teams to support our partner marketing tool kit, for example search widgets, co-
branding experience, customised landing pages etc.
Who you are
You’ll fit this role if you have
Bachelor's degree or higher with a business, marketing or data background
Several years of experience working in online marketing, operations or related field
Highly proficient in spoken and written English as well as Japanese and / or Korean
Excellent interpersonal skills and you work well within a team
Ability to analyse and interpret large data sets
Highly detail-oriented and dependable
Positive attitude, and a genuine interest in working in a fast-moving, environment and wearing multiple hats as needed
Excellent MS Excel skills, and know your way around other MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word)
Proficiency with APIs and basic to intermediate SQL
Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Awin, Partnerize, Commission Junction, etc.) a plus
Experience with marketing analytics tool (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics or similar) a plus but not mandatory
