What’s the job?

Are you an energetic, motivated self-starter who is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment? Are you a passionate, committed professional with a keen sense of people, high intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic and accountability? Is this you?

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries to Thai inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media quickly and effectively
  • Ensuring that our customers in Thailand receive exceptional support from start-to-finish
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
  • Become an expert on Payoneer services for our customers in Thailand
  • Provide feedback to the company to advocate for our customers in Thailand

  • Have you accomplished this kind of qualification?

  • Thai mother tongue or at a very high level
  • Proficiency in English communication (oral & written)
  • Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong with valid visa or Permanent Resident of Hong Kong
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multi-tasker and quick learner
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
