High Net Worth Service Specialist

The High Net Worth Senior Specialist is responsible for providing Operations and Admin support to AXA CR Distribution teams to drive sales and increase AXA’s market share of HNW, especially on Evolution business and policy servicing.

The primary duties and responsibilities are :

  • Responsible for operating after sales processing transactions including but not limited dealing instructions, policy changes, cash withdrawal and claims.
  • Perform KYC and AML checking according to Compliance guidelines and relevant regulations
  • Handle incoming phone calls and requests for policy services requests and administrative forms in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with admin, operations, new business, underwriting and policy servicing to provide excellent service to Brokers
  • Receive Policy Servicing requests, acknowledge receipt and ensure requests are administered
  • Involve in ad hoc projects, regular dashboards and various administration work including delivery of quarterly statements
  • Liaised between Utmost (outsource administrator), follow up and update brokers on all trades which have been placed
  • Hold a university degree or above, ideally 3-5 years of solid operation experience in insurance, fund administrations, preferrably in open architecture products
  • Higher experience can be considered Assistant Manager
  • Insurance licenses perferable
  • Experience working with brokers / agents is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and communication skills - English, Cantonese. At least conversational level in Mandarin
  • Knowledge and sensativity in client KYC and AML checking processes
  • Details oriented with high accruacy and result oriented
